Terms & Ongoing Agreement
- Domain (1,500 Tk) and Hosting (3,500 Tk) are billed annually and will be invoiced again upon renewal. The domain renewal price is set by the registrar and may be higher than 1,500 Tk at renewal time; the renewal invoice will reflect the actual rate.
- Website Development & Maintenance is billed monthly at 1,000 Tk/month (special reference rate for Mr. Asif; standard rate is 2,000 Tk/month). This covers routine updates, minor content edits, and keeping the site online and secure.
- New features or development requested beyond routine maintenance (new pages, redesigns, new functionality, etc.) are not included in the monthly fee and will be quoted and invoiced separately before work begins.
- Monthly maintenance is billed in advance on the same date each month; the domain/hosting renewal will be invoiced separately ahead of expiry.
- This invoice confirms the agreed pricing between eomsbd.com and Frame Construction Ltd. for the services listed above.
